Our payment system is designed to be convenient and reliable for owners and vendors. 

Payments are processed electronically on the 10th, 20th, and last days of each month. If these days fall on a weekend or holiday, they will be initiated on the following business day. 

We send out monthly statements on the last day of the month, unless it is a weekend or holiday, and we send tax statements in January for the previous year’s rental income. 

With our online portal, owners can easily check various financial details for their properties, giving them clear insight over their investments at any given time.
