MID-LEASE INSPECTIONS

Inspection Schedule & Notice

For 12-month leases, inspections are completed during the 4th and 8th months.
For 18-month leases, inspections are completed during the 5th, 10th, and 15th months.
Written notice will always be provided in advance of any scheduled inspection.
Owners may request additional inspections as needed, and proper notice will be given to the tenant.

Inspection Access & Attendance

You may be present for inspections if you choose; however, inspections will be completed during the scheduled time whether or not you are home.
If pets are not properly secured at the time of inspection, a $50 missed appointment fee may be charged.
If minor children are present with no adult on site, a $50 missed appointment fee may be charged.

Why These Inspections Matter

Mid-lease inspections help protect the condition of the home and ensure lease compliance. The results of these inspections may be used when determining whether a lease renewal will be offered.
