MID-LEASE INSPECTIONS

We conduct two mid-lease inspections during a one-year lease and three during an 18-month lease.

The inspections are done during the 4th and 8th month for a one-year lease.
The inspection are done during the 5th, 10th and 15th month for an 18-month lease.
You will be given written notice in advance of these inspections.
Owners may request additional inspections and you will be given advance notice of such.

You may be present for inspections if you choose, but we may inspect during our scheduled time regardless of if you are home or not.

If pets are not put away, then we may charge a missed appointment fee of $50.
If minor children are home with no adult present, then we may charge a missed appointment fee of $50.
