All vendors we work with are licensed, insured, and most of them provide warranties for their services. With minimal follow-up jobs thanks to our commitment to quality vendors, we aim for hassle-free maintenance experiences. While we're open to using an owner's preferred vendors, our priority is ensuring tenant satisfaction; thus, if an owner's vendors don't meet our standards, we reserve the right to choose alternatives.

When addressing tenant work orders, we communicate with tenants to troubleshoot issues before scheduling our vendors, and provide owners with notifications to avoid surprises in payouts.
In cases where a job exceeds the maintenance limit, we seek owner approval unless it's an emergency and we're unable to reach the owner after multiple attempts.
