Moving In | The Real Estate Mavericks

1. Lease must be fully signed

Upon approval, we will email you a lease for electronic signing. The property is not pulled from the market until the lease has been signed by all parties.

2. Security deposit must be received in full

We only take certified funds for move-in payments (cashier’s checks or money orders) made out to The Real Estate Mavericks
You may also qualify through Obligo and decide to use them in place of a traditional deposit

3. First month’s rent and any applicable fees must be received in full

Certified funds only (cashier’s checks or money orders) made out to The Real Estate Mavericks

4. Utilities (if applicable) must be switched to your name by the move in date

We must be given the account numbers for each utility provider for the home
If we must disconnect utilities out of our name because you have not switched them over, we may charge a $75 admin fee

5. We must be given a copy of your renters insurance policy

Tenant must maintain adequate insurance for their personal property and liability insurance in the amount of $100,000 during the Lease Term
