We aim to fully process an application within 3-5 business days, but it is usually sooner than this. To process your application quicker, we kindly ask that you upload all of the requested documents and information in the application. The more information you provide, the easier it is for us to process without delays. 

You will be sent our move in instructions as soon as you are approved and a lease will be sent for signing within 48 hours of approval. You will also be sent a link from Obligo asking if you'd like to move in deposit-free or if you'd like to pay a traditional cash deposit. After the lease is signed and the deposit is received, we will remove the property from the market for you.

If we did not start processing your application then you will not be charged the application fee, but you can still transfer your application to any of our other available properties listed on our website. If we did start processing your application, then we can transfer your application to any of our other available properties listed on our website within 60 days of running your credit/background report. 

No it will not! We do a soft pull of your credit so it will not affect your score. 

Obligo is a third party company we've partnered with that allows qualified renters to skip paying a deposit and pay a much smaller, non-refundable service fee instead. You are still responsible for any damages to the property, but this allows some flexibility on your up-front moving fees. If you don't wish to use Obligo, you may pay a traditional cash deposit to us instead.
