At The Real Estate Mavericks, we’re committed to making your move-in process simple and accessible. That’s why we offer Obligo, a security-deposit alternative that allows qualified renters to move in without paying a traditional cash deposit upfront.

With Obligo, tenants enroll in the program and provide a payment method on file instead of submitting a large cash deposit. This helps reduce move-in costs while still meeting the lease’s security requirements.

If you do not qualify for Obligo or choose not to participate, a traditional security deposit is still accepted and may be required based on your application.
