LEASE RENEWALS

Lease renewals are handled with clear communication and advance notice so that all parties have adequate time to plan for the next steps in the tenancy.

60 DAYS OUT

  • You will receive written notice approximately 60 days prior to the end of your lease advising whether a renewal will be offered or if the property will be scheduled for vacating.
  • If a renewal is offered, the notice will include any updates to lease terms, including but not limited to rent adjustments or policy changes.

30 DAYS OUT

  • You must notify us in writing no later than 30 days prior to lease expiration if you intend to renew. If a renewal is offered, the renewal agreement must be fully signed by all parties by that date.
  • Failure to provide written notice by the 30-day deadline will result in either:
    • Conversion to a month-to-month tenancy at the adjusted market rate (if offered), or
    • Requirement to vacate the property at lease expiration at management’s discretion based on the owner’s direction.
