LEASE RENEWALS

Renewing your lease is a straightforward process, and we aim to provide clear communication and ample time for you to plan ahead for the next steps in your tenancy.

• We will give you written notice around 60 days out from the end of your lease if we will be offering a lease renewal or if you will have to vacate at the end of your lease.

• If a lease renewal is offered, this notice will include any updates to terms, such as rent adjustments or other changes to the lease agreement.

• You must let us know by the 30-day mark if you intend on renewing the lease and the renewal will have to be signed by all parties by that day if that is your intention.

• Failure to notify us by the 30-day mark will result in you either going month to month at an increased rent rate OR you will have to vacate the property depending on what is offered to you.
