PAYING RENT

Rent is due the 1st through the 5th

Late fees are charged on the 6th of the month
We cannot waive late fees for any reason

You may pay your rent through the online portal with a credit card, debit card, eCheck, and you may also pay with cash through PayNearMe

If you need assistance paying rent online, please let us know before rent is considered late so we can guide you through it
We do NOT accept cash or checks in the office
eCheck is the only method that does not charge a convenience fee

If a payment bounces for any reason, then you must pay with cash through PayNearMe on time for 3 months in a row before your online payment capabilities will be reactivated

It is your responsibility to let us know when you have paid on time for 3 months in a row to get online payments reactivated
A $35 fee is charged if a payment bounces for any reason
