PAYING RENT

Rent is due the 1st through the 5th

Late fees are charged beginning on the 6th of each month
Late fees cannot be waived for any reason

How to Pay Rent

You may pay your rent through the online resident portal using a credit card, debit card, or eCheck.
You may also pay with cash through PayNearMe at participating locations.
If you need assistance paying rent online, please contact us before rent is considered late so we can guide you through the process
We do NOT accept cash or checks in the office
eCheck is the only payment method that does not include a convenience fee

Returned / Bounced Payments

If a payment is returned for any reason, future payments must be made in cash through PayNearMe for three (3) consecutive, on-time months before online payment privileges will be restored.
It is the tenant’s responsibility to notify our office once three (3) consecutive on-time PayNearMe payments have been successfully completed
A $35 returned payment fee will be charged for any bounced payment
