In our efforts to manage properties more efficiently and provide an additional amenity to residents, we have partnered with Obligo to offer deposit-free living, which allows only qualified renters to move in without paying a large cash deposit upfront. 

Please note that we do still accept traditional cash deposits from renters who do not qualify for Obligo or do not want to participate in their service.
