We partner with Obligo to provide qualified tenants the option to move in without a traditional cash security deposit by using a secure billing authorization instead. This can reduce move-in barriers while maintaining tenant financial accountability.

Tenants may still choose to pay a traditional cash deposit if they prefer or if they do not qualify for Obligo. All managed properties support this option as part of our standardized leasing process.
