EARLY LEASE TERMINATION

Early Lease Termination Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to end your lease before the agreed-upon term. If you choose to pursue early lease termination, you must complete the following steps:


  • Provide a 60-Day Written Notice: Your 60-day notice begins once we receive it in writing.


  • Pay the One-Month Penalty Fee: Payment of this fee is required before the 60-day notice officially starts.


  • Forfeit the Security Deposit: By initiating an early termination, you agree to forfeit the entire security deposit.


  • Keep Rent Current: Rent must remain paid in full and on time throughout the 60-day notice period.


Additional Requirements and Conditions

In addition to the above steps, a few more conditions apply to ensure a smooth and fair transition for both parties:


  • Return the Property in Rent-Ready Condition: The property should be in the same condition as when you moved in (normal wear and tear excepted). Failure to meet this standard may result in cancellation of the early lease termination, requiring payment of full rent for the remainder of the lease.


  • Potential Property Inspections: We reserve the right to inspect the unit during the 60-day period to verify its condition.


  • Final Settlement of Balances: All outstanding charges, including unpaid rent or any damages beyond normal wear and tear, must be settled before the official termination date.
