RENTAL HYGIENE

Rental Hygiene is our preferred in-house maintenance partner, providing fast, transparent service for TREMs-managed properties while also operating independently for outside clients.

In-House Maintenance Provider

  • Primary in-house maintenance and renovation provider for The Real Estate Mavericks
  • Operates independently and serves non-TREMs clients as well
  • Priority scheduling is always given to TREMs-managed properties
  • Designed to improve response time, consistency, and accountability

Licensing, Insurance & Ownership Disclosure

  • Rental Hygiene is fully licensed and insured to perform maintenance, repair, and renovation services
  • Rental Hygiene, LLC and The Real Estate Mavericks are under common ownership
  • This relationship is fully disclosed for transparency and compliance
  • Owners retain all legal rights and protections provided under their management agreement

Owner Choice & Transparency

  • Owners are never required to use Rental Hygiene
  • Outside vendors may be requested at any time
  • All work is quoted, documented, and owner-approved before proceeding
  • Full visibility into scopes, pricing, invoices, and progress

Preferred Pricing for TREMs Owners

  • 10% discount on labor for all work on TREMs-managed properties
  • $75 standard service call fee excluded from the discount
  • Discount is structured to offset TREMs’ project and vacancy coordination, so in most cases the owner’s net cost reflects normal market pricing

Flexibility & Accountability

  • Owners retain full approval rights on all estimates
  • Alternate bids may be requested at any time
  • Combines the speed of in-house service with the protection of open vendor choice
