MAINTENANCE

All maintenance issues, including emergency items, are to be submitted through the Resident Center as a work order request. 

Submitting Your Request

  • Please put as many details that you know about the issue and attach photos, if possible, for the issue you’re experiencing.
  • After a work order is created, we may contact you to try and troubleshoot the issue before scheduling a vendor with you.
  • Please make sure your contact number is correct on the work order for you to be reached at.
  • If a work order is scheduled with you and you miss the appointment, you may have to pay a $50 missed appointment fee and/or any other fees charged to us from the vendor for the missed appointment.

Emergency Issues

  • Emergency maintenance issues are problems that pose immediate risks to tenant safety, property security, sanitation, or habitability, such as gas leaks, flooding, or lack of essential utilities.
  • We aim to have emergency issues fixed within 24 hours.
  • In the case of an emergency issue our vendors may be given access to the property whether you are able to meet them or not. 

Communication

  • You may track the status of a work order through the Resident Center.
  • Updates may be requested via email or through the Resident Center.
  • If you are unable to get in contact with your agent after multiple attempts, please email info@therealestatemavericks.com to let us know.

Please keep in mind that we are the property managers, not the owners of the property, so there may be some maintenance requests that are not able to be facilitated unless the owner gives us approval to do so such as installing fences, adding blinds, removing certain trees, etc.
