At The Real Estate Mavericks, we're committed to enhancing your convenience in every aspect of your rental experience. With a dedicated point of contact for all your questions and concerns, and an online resident center for easy rent payments and maintenance requests, we've streamlined the process to make your life as a tenant easier.
Rent can be paid through our online Resident Center via eCheck or debit/credit card. If you pay with an eCheck, there is no convenience fee! We have also partnered with Pay Near Me so that you can pay with cash at any Walgreens, CVS, or Walmart. We do not accept money orders, checks, or cash in our office for payment.
Your dedicated property manager will reach out around 60 days from the end of your lease with a renewal proposal. If you already know you are interested in renewing, please let them know!
We ask for a 30-day written notice to vacate. After receiving your notice, we will send you our move out instructions.
Maintenance requests are submitted through our online Resident Center. There is a link to it at the top of this page. If you have trouble logging in, please reach out to your dedicated property manager or call our office. We kindly ask that when submitting maintenance requests you include as much information as you can about the issue and submit photos if applicable. This allows us to send the right people for the job.
